Special price for Semi private classes with 2 or 3 people are also available upon request. Private lessons are sixty minutes and are arranged at a time to suit you. Private tuition is ideal for those wanting to learn and progress their practice in their own time as well as if you have something specific you’d like to focus on, or if you have a specific condition which need to be taken care of specifically.
What should I bring?
Bare feet and an empty stomach. Most students wear a T-shirt, shorts or footless tights. Baggy clothing is not recommended as the teacher needs to see the body’s alignment.
Please advise your teacher before class if you have any significant health problems, injuries, are pregnant, or are menstruating so that alternative poses may be suggested.
